We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. Vacation home in the natural region of Sieg for 1 to 6 people

Superhost for 42 consecutive months! Beautiful cottage in the Sieg in Windeck natural region. On foot about 3 minutes from the Sieg/Auen. A train station is a 10-minute walk away (RE to Cologne/Aachen and Cologne S-Bahn). Directly to Messe Köln-Deutz in about 50 minutes. Shopping/restaurants are about a 10-minute walk. Accessible entrance, living-dining area, fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outdoor area: terrace, garden, barbecue 2 car parking spaces, max. 2 dogs are welcome.

The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

Apartment Broche, vacation from everyday life

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

Vacation home (LebensArt in the small chapel)

The lovingly converted vacation home in a former chapel offers space for up to 10 people on 150 m². Five individually designed bedrooms – three with double beds, two with bunk beds – as well as three modern bathrooms, some with a rain shower, ensure comfort. Underfloor heating in all rooms, a spacious living and dining area with pellet stove, 77-inch smart TV and large table, a fully equipped kitchen, three parking spaces and an e-charging station complete the offer.

Haus Hermann - A Moment of Nature

Haus Hermann is a lovingly modernized vacation home in a contemporary country style at the foot of the Westerwald. Bright, welcoming rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere make it ideal for families, hikers, and cyclists. The property is centrally located in the town on the main street. Shopping, bakeries, and restaurants can be found in the nearby town, about 5–8 minutes away by car. Terrace currently usable on a temporary basis. 🌿

The historic site of the former Reichensteinerberg iron ore mine invites you to a very special stay. A time-out for your soul. Enjoy the idyll on a sunny clearing in the middle of the forest and pleasant days of regeneration and deceleration. A special highlight: our 12 alpacas (400 m) and our whiskey tent (50 m) from your accommodation.

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

We rent a beautiful, cozy cottage. The cottage is located on the grounds of the former Maria pit right on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. With its high-quality facilities and a number of extras, such as an infrared cabin, a wood-burning stove, a sauna on the terrace with an outdoor shower, a large terrace with a view of the forest, and much more, our holiday home is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.

The vacation home, already named as such by its previous owners, is in no way inferior to the meaning of its name. It is a true place of peace and relaxation. A deposit of €200 must be paid on site, either in cash or via PayPal. Our house, with its 50 m², can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It is modernly decorated and offers every comfort you can imagine. The hot tub and sauna are, of course, something very special.
