I had an unforgettable stay at this Airbnb in Hanoi! The location was ideal-just a 15-minute walk to the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake, nestled in the vibrant Old Quarter. The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, elegantly decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Thai Chau, the young gentleman who hosted us, was exceptional—friendly, approachable, and impressively responsive, always addressing our queries promptly and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The entire staff was warm and accommodating. One standout service was the free luggage storage provided during our group's trip to Sapa. With a large group of people and substantial luggage, the staff went above and beyond to make our journey hassle-free, handling everything with care and efficiency. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hanoi!

This apartment is very conveniently located. It is about 7-8 minutes walk from Hanoi Opera House. Hanoi Opera House is the center of most tourist attractions and many directions. The apartment is a spacious studio with good design. The facilities are well equipped and secure. There is a washer and dryer in the building. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. Vincom Shopping Center (Bartreet branch) is also 30 minutes walk away. I think it is a better location than the commercialized Old Quarter. You can see and enjoy Hanoi city life from here. Most of all, the host Tracy is very friendly and responsive. Thank you again. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Hanoi again.
