Barnvänligt med studsmatta, lekstuga, gungor. Vi bor 2 min från Häggvik pendeltågsstation med direkttåg till Arlanda, Mall of Scandinavia, Strawberry Arena & Stockholm City. Gångavstånd till flera matbutiker, restauranger & apotek. 10 min promenad till Järvafältets naturreservat & en visningsgård med får, grisar, kor, getter, höns & hästar

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Ligger på ön Tranholmen dit du tar dig via färja 80 från Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via gångbro från Stocksund.

Det är ett vardagsrum, en liten köksvrå, ett sovrum med tv och arbetsplats, en stor toalett med dusch och bastu som kan nyttjas för en extrakostnad på 10€ (120SEK) per tillfälle och garage med multigym. cyklar finns att låna, te, kaffe och mjölk finns. The commuter train takes you to Stockholm Central Station in 22 minutes. Still close to beautiful nature and lakes.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
