In 2021, we created a guest apartment on our former hayloft. Here you have peace and nature! The bright apartment is 60 square meters, has a kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), a living and dining room with a fireplace. In the entrance hall is the wardrobe and space for hiking boots. A crib/extra bed is available. This includes an outdoor seating area with an umbrella. Parking space for bicycles available NEW: There is a 2nd barrier-free vacation home "barn"

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Tiny House at Steinhuder Meer - 200 m to the swimming island

Holiday by the sea - The modern tiny house is located on the Steinhuder Meer, not far from the bathing island (about 3 minutes on foot) and directly on the circular hiking trail. It has a beautifully landscaped garden, which invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more on over 300 square meters and is available for exclusive use. The promenade is a 10-minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants directly on the sea. Boat and bike rentals can also be found there.

Cosy apartment with sauna on Lake Steinhude

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Welcome to your stylish attic apartment on the canal! The bright and spacious apartment can accommodate up to four people and is equipped with all the important amenities Relax in the cozy living area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a relaxing bath in the extra large bathtub. The nearby train station has good connections to the university, airport, exhibition center and you can reach the city center in a few minutes.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. "Glückauf" The apartment was completed and newly furnished in November 2023. It is located in the heart of Hagenburg in a very quiet location (Hinterbebauung / Spielstraße). The lovingly designed apartment has a floor area of about 60 square meters and is located on the ground floor (barrier-free) with terrace. Within walking distance is the Steinhuder Meer (Hagenburger Kanal) within walking distance, Steinhude is about 2.5 km away.

We offer you a beautiful and cozy approx. 74 m2 apartment in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the Suttorf district. The state capital Hanover can be reached in 25 kilometers via the B6. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away. On the property there is a free parking space for our guests.
