We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private house on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the vicinity Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. We offer a beautiful apart. in Hagen university district. It is beautifully located in the green. The train station and the city center can be reached quickly. The bus connection is also great and the Fernuni is within walking distance in only 15 min. A small Rewe is about 9 min. walk away and offers everything you need including a small bakery. The highway is also not far. My husband and I live on the ground floor of the house and are happy to help. Bed linen + towels are included in the price.

Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.
