Your apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap, which delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right side is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (3 beds in total). Next to it is the main bath with tub, shower, toilet and large washbasin, all brightly tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic built-in closet. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, baking oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, cozy. A generous "Sammelsurium" of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people. Live cooking is therefore guaranteed. :-) The living room is also integrated into the kitchen-living room and offers a very cozy atmosphere with 2 sofas, satellite TV (48 inch LCD TV), hi-fi boxes for iPhone/Android/iPod (bestial noisy and with lush basses). Speaking of cozy: A fireplace is at your disposal too. And if you don't listen to music and television, we also have a few board games ready (chessboard, etc.) The very cozy master bedroom with extra shower room and toilet is located in the rear area and has a very, very back-friendly double bed with metal-free slatted frames, new, continuous mattress. If you can't fall asleep or don't want to get up, we have a 32-inch TV connected to a satellite. In the also ground-level laundry room, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron board and iron are at your disposal. You can also "dry air" your laundry in the laundry room. On the terrace you will find a table, chairs and on request also a barbecue and invite you to cozy evenings. Campfires in the garden are also possible! In the back of the garden, there is a swing for the little ones; or not quite as small ;-) As it is a cul-de-sac, we hardly have any car traffic here either! For example, you can explore the train station in Oberbrügge (about 8 km). The regional train takes you to Hauptbahnhof station in Dortmund. From Marineheide (about 18 km), another regional train will take you to the Cologne main train. Just enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. Very close to the city center of the beautiful little town of Herdecke. The city is within walking distance in 10 minutes without major inclines. Very centrally located on the Ruhr Valley hiking and cycling path. The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique old building apartment (3rd floor) overlooking the Hohenlimburg Castle, the whole group will feel comfortable. On a total of 92 m², two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a large shower, a unique eat-in kitchen and a cozy living room (the sofa could be used as a 5th sleeping place), there is enough space for 4-5 people.
