Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus liegt ruhig am Feldrand, in der Nähe unseres über 150 Jahre alten Gulfhofes - ideal für Paare oder Freunde,die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Bedrooms, a shower room and an additional toilet are located upstairs, where grain used to be stored. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. Der Kiessee im Luftkurort Berumbur (in 600m Entfernung) lädt zum Baden (Hundestrand) und Entspannen ein. Es steht ein separater, massiv eingezäunten Gartenbereich nur für Sie bereit, hier können auch Ausbruchskünstler sich frei toben.

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel. Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.
