"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

Mærk den ægte stemning af autencitet og charme i det gamle sommerhus. Nyd haven eller solnedgangen udover søen fra bænken, eller gå en tur i Svanemølleparken, som er placeret i enden af haven. Sommerhuset er centralt beliggende i Svenstrup by. 5 minutters gang til Svenstrup togstation, hvor du både kan komme til Aalborg på 9 minutter. Indkøb som SuperBrugsen, Rema eller Coop365 ligger med to minutters gang til fods fra sommerhuset.

Havemøbler samt lille grill med kul i baghaven, hvor annekset ligger, må benyttes.

I hjertet af Øster Hurup, hvor der er adgang til bager, indkøbsmuligheder, restauranter, bare, badeland og Nordjyllands bedste ishus. 50 m til en af Danmarks bedste strande. Sommerhuset er ideelt til familier, vennepar, med eller uden små børn. Store forsamlinger af venner, ungdomsgrupper og fester tilbydes ikke.
