It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to the centre of Çeşme. It is 15 minutes away from the centre of Alaçatı. Although it is a completely newly built building, we were able to capture this feeling by recycling and revising the family heirloom "vintage" furniture. Hotels didn't feel intimate to us either. We wish you to come and feel like an Aegean person and have a local experience.
