Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gwynedd

Great stay in Felinheli. Superb location a stone's throw from the Menai Straights. House was immaculate with everything we needed. Highly reccomended!

We had booked Jane's place as it was the perfect location for our hike up Snowdon. What a fantastic find! The house was cozy, warm, clean and welcoming. Jane left very helpful recommendations of hiking routes and restaurants nearby which were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. My partner and I stayed at Rosie’s airbnb for 4 nights. It was our first time visiting Anglesey. We had such a lovely time and Rosie’s Airbnb is truly a fabulous special gem! We enjoyed exploring locally - highlights SUPing in Traeth Bychan, walking along Traeth Llanddwyn beach, the local farm shop (Hootons), brunch at Y Marram and sitting in the beautiful garden! We mainly stayed on the island but did drive to Snowdonia one day and did the Watkins path which I would highly recommend! The airbnb is very homely with lots of touches from Rosie. We loved chilling in the evening and enjoyed the company of the cats - Daisy, Beanie and Pickles. We hope to come back!!

The house was gorgeous and in a beautiful location, plenty to do around. Incredible value for money!

This was a lovely spot for our stay in Snowdonia. Very central for everything and it was situated in a very quiet lane with trees all around but still a nice outlook. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the best during our stay but we still managed to sit out on the deck for breakfast a couple of times, which was magical with all the bird song around. Rachel was a great host and very helpful and responsive. The cottage was very well set up and surprisingly spacious. Would definitely stay here again, beautiful spot.

We spent 5 days in the half term with our two children and it was an ideal location for Snowdon and Zipworld. Cosy little house with all amenities required. Local Spa shop, plenty of takeaways and two pubs in the village. Would recommend.

What a brilliant place to snuggle down by the fire when the rain lashes around the beautiful cottage. No rain and a short walk to the top of the field to delight in the view of Barmouth below and the mountains in the distance. I went on my own - but next time hope to be two of us...so the ten gates can be opened by someone else! Breathtaking drive up to the property and the directions from Jo were spot on. I took a DAB radio that helped the FM one on site to listen to plays and sketch. Thank you for sharing the cottage.

Jan's place was lovely, cosy and beautifully decorated with a really nice feel to it. The bed was extremely comfortable and one of the best showers I've ever used. Jan kindly hosted us and got everything ready despite the very short notice and we really enjoyed our stay.

this is our second time staying here and we will absolutely stay again. beautiful house, very clean, comfy beds and perfect location in Dolgellau. hosts are si lovely and even gave us milk, a bottle of wine and delicious cookies. Would highly recommend 👌

Jonathan and Gwen were wonderful hosts, always quick to respond to any enquiries. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The instructions to find and access the property were very clear and straightforward. The location was ideal for a couple of days’ hiking, situated right opposite a beautiful river with lovely walks nearby. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The cinema room was an absolute the perfect touch, and we made great use of it. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Maria's apartment was absolutely amazing. First of all the location was fantastic and very easy to find. The actual apartment was as listed, a very well kept spacious apartment over looking a beautiful setting of a church grounds. Best of all though with this apartment was Maria and the staff at the pub. Absolutely brilliant amazing hosts, felt like we had known them ages, made us feel very welcomed and the restaurant food was outstanding. Cannot recommend this apartment, the stag inn and the village life highly enough. will be revisiting in the future.

Absolutely perfect. The annexe was exactly as described. It was very comfortable. Our hosts were perfect too. Will definitely stay again and also recommend ro friends and family. Loved how well dogs are catered for too. Bryn loved the basket of toys.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The property is in a prime location - close to key attractions and all the necessary amenities, which made our trip super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Our kids absolutely loved staying and playing here! The host, Sandra, was extremely helpful, kind, and very responsive throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of and truly appreciated her support. We’re very thankful for the experience and would definitely love to come back for our next holiday. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Loved our stay. Perfect location in Llanberis, close to the start of the Snowdown trail. The accommodation is spacious and perfect for 4 people. Two large bedrooms and good living space. I really loved the small touches for making children welcome too (we had a 19 month old with us), which included plastic kitchenware, toys, travel cot but with an extra mattress and a small highchair. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Really lovely place to stay, the location was perfect! Loved the decor and it had everything you needed, as well as nice finishing touches like dressing gowns! I would definitely stay here again😊

Finding a wonderful home away from the hustle and bustle of life was the aim of our weekend away and Hafod Cae Maen was perfect! The accommodation slept 8 adults with ease (and luxury) and gave plenty of space for dinner around the table, games in the garden, and relaxing in the evening. The central heating kept the house lovely and warm and the log fires were a great background when it was time to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Plenty of fridge space and a well equipped kitchen meant that cooking as a group was a pleasure. Many thanks to Paul and Claire for their helpful communications regarding attractions in the area and thoughtful welcome hamper, a really lovely touch.

As a family who have 2 young boys will ALN, this place is ideal, they had the space and freedom to just play and run around. The children's play area was ideal. Shame the trampoline was taken away through!! However if you want a chilled place to stay this is the place.
