There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Chester House is an ideal base for groups of hikers, mountain bikers or families wanting to explore Snowdonia. Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Our guests love the cottage for it's rustic charm and beautiful gardens with viewpoints over the Lledr valley. It's on a quiet hillside surrounded by craggy ancient woodland about 3 miles from Betws-y-Coed, well placed to explore Snowdonia but also well off the beaten track. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon.
