Holiday rentals with beach access in Gwynedd

Absolutely beautiful place in a gorgeous setting. Carol was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well presented with nice finishing touches, especially the board games and cards, thank you for the biscuits Carol! Cannot fault Carols home. Really is lovely and felt very homely. Criccieth and the surrounding areas are stunning. We will definitely return. Thank you again Carol. Hope to see you in the summer!

You couldn’t want a more perfect location than Grady’s it’s literally at the start of the high street with the harbour a 1 minute walk . Grady’s place had everything you’d need for a home from home stay .. we found it spotlessly clean and fresh . Grady was a great host very responsive.. we will definitely book again and highly recommend.

The easiest 5 star review! The view is exceptional and worth every penny. Everything was amazing, very well equipped and thought out, immaculately clean and a real home away from home! We have fell in love with this area and can’t wait to return soon!

What a wonderful place to stay ! It was like home from home ! We arrived to a welcoming card and a pot of jam ! There was so much attention to detail . The accommodation was absolutely spotless and so well equipped . Beautiful views and well positioned . We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough and we would return in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Linda’s, she and Andrew are so friendly and helpful, they certainly made us feel welcome and at home. The location is so close to the beautiful beach, miles and miles of clean sand, Rusty my dog couldn’t believe his ‘luck’ as he and we had such a good time enjoying the sea and sand. When we asked Linda where we could enjoy a Sunday lunch on the way home, she gave us such good recommendations. We took her advice and had an excellent Sunday lunch. We recommend a stay at this great self-contained annexe with such lovely hosts, it’s certainly a peaceful retreat with lots to do. Thank you Linda and Andrew we really had a great time. Patricia and Lin not forgetting Rusty my golden cocker spaniel. 😊

The apartment is incredible, so much space, clean and all the amenities you could ever need. Great hosts and the location is awesome! Super comfortable beds and some great restaurants all within walking distance. Had a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking again soon. I recommend staying here 100%

A beautiful house with a wonderful welcome gift which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location was perfect for exploring and visiting the area. Beautiful surroundings. Cafe Braf right opposite was great, shop next door also. Beach a few steps from the property. Deb kept in contact and responded quickly to any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

We were two families (three adults and three children 6-8 years old) meeting for an Easter holiday. The house was a minutes walk from the beach which meant we could go out in all weathers without fear and took advantage of each sunny moment. There were loads of games inside which the kids loved and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cottage has no central heating but electric rads and a wood burner keep it warm. Make sure to bring wood, kindling and fire lighters! The neighbouring airbase was at times noisy but we enjoyed watching the jets fly over. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay. It’s particularly lovely with the lighter evenings as the view from the upstairs lounge is stunning. It’s very peaceful but only 10 mins from Caernarfon.

Very comfortable stay - the house was lovely and the garden was a real bonus. Clean and tidy everywhere and all in a great location. A joy to have parking in such a central location. Thank you - we really enjoyed our break in beautiful Barmouth.

Ideally situated. Great location. Walkable to beach and to the village It was well equipped - there wasn’t anything we were short of! The beds were comfy and so were the pillows ( often not the case). We all loved having an electric blanket on our beds as it did drop chilly at night. We had brilliant weather which also made all the difference! ☀️

What a lovely place in a stunning location . Pretty central for amenities and food places . The views or amazing. The house has everything you need for a relaxing break away .

Geoffrey was a great host and very helpful and flexible. The apartment is spotlessly clean, in a great location and central to everything. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Barmouth. We had a great time.

The views from the apartment were phenomenal. Looking out at the mountains and the trains was more entertaining than tv. The property was decorated really nicely, lots of lovely touches giving a nod to the fact that it is in former sea captain's house. Very comfortable furniture and bed. The snacks and wine left for us was very much appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again. One minor issue, be aware the toilet/washroom ceiling is very slanted as it's in the eaves. Mind your head if you're tall!

Lovely place in a lovely location over looking the Menai Strait. Nice and quiet neighbourhood and local to Bangor and local attractions such as Zip World. We had a nice relaxing stay and would highly recommend. Chocolates on arrival and use of tea and coffee and lovely touch.

Sue and Pete were the perfect hosts and their home was in an ideal location close to all amenities and a number of stunning attractions.

Amazing stay and brilliant recommendations about local things to do and places to eat. We visited "The Last Inn" which was recommended and was brilliant food. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Bangor or even north wales, there is loads to do within half an hour away, could venture to one of the gorgeous beaches or head into one of the busy towns such as Llandudno or stay local and explore Bangor! The place was very nice, clean and felt right at home

I don't think you will find a better placed accommodation in Porthmadog, great views of the harbour, all the amenities inside the apartment that you could want and steam engines about a 100 yards away, fantastic. Really enjoyed the stay!

Katy was a wonderful, friendly host. There is an excellent guest information book with everything you need to know about the local area. Fabulous, spacious apartment in a lovely area. Would definitely recommend and will be returning ourselves in the future. Thank you, Katy.
