Welcome to Poldene Karrji. Our newly renovated annex. Great location in Helston, 20 minute walk into the town centre and a short walk to the local supermarket. Helston is well placed for visiting popular beaches in south west Cornwall. The annex is attached to our home but with it's own separate entrance and parking. The space is newly renovated and is light and bright with the added addition of a lantern light to gaze at the stars at night. Perfect for exploring the delights of Cornwall.

Fantastic two double bedroom annex with parking.

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.
