Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Güzelbahçe

The house is nicer than it feels in the photos. We stayed in January; we were cooked with three fireplaces, a wood-burning stove and a performance air conditioner. The fact that the living area is in the courtyard and needs such as kitchen and bathroom are met here also increases usefulness. Both of our children were never bored at home during their vacation. Tabbies and wraps that didn't bother them in any way while companing them were also a bonus of pleasure. The house is in the center of the village, but there is nothing lacking in terms of privacy and security. The village is right at the base of the Urlan. Our last word is for our host Yelda: It felt like we were not renting a house but staying at a friend's house in Urla. She thought of even the slightest need, believe me, it was not possible to find any shortcomings. So that if we go to Urlaya again, we will definitely stop by him.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Akin and Gul’s place! The location is right in the heart of Urla, all the must see places are within walking distance. Having breakfast at their beautiful yard with olive and lemon tree was an amazing experience! They are both amazing hosts, super easy to communicate and very helpful. You can find everything you might need at the kitchen. We would definitely want to come back! Thank you Gül and Akın for your unforgettable hospitality!! :)

The house was just like in the photos. It was clean and the items were new. We didn't run into any issues.

I woke up to rose geraniums Quiet, calm and peaceful during the day Hürriyet, a host whose heart embraces the whole world with love, and the house no:27 Details of looped embroidery. The tree furniture is immersed in the artifact of modern furniture and warm Entrance door, sink and mirrors in the toilet & bathroom, embroidery on seat cushions, floor lamp from once A retreat room that contributes to a yoga practice with peace and gratitude, a study area that conceives a work table and chair from the tree without drilling the small hallway and many inspirations. The switch to peaceful sleep is the canvas bedspread. And who knows the details that I can't describe here that feel delicacy and grace. Thank goodness for the generously presented smiley face, warm heart and every detail prepared with them, where I felt it was not a coincidence that I chose to stay here! i intend to come back at the first opportunity!

My family and I stayed for 3 days and were able to communicate quickly with our host. The location of the house was good and there was no parking problem. The house was clean and tidy, overall we were satisfied.

The apartment is centrally located or even next to the historical elevator, but parking really turns into an ordeal because there's not even a parking lot around. The house was really clean. The view was nice, but even though the windows were closed, the cold weather made it difficult to sit in the living room. Everything was great except for these issues.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. We are sorry that we could not see the host Burhan Bey because of the mishap, the host, Burhan, whoever you come with your family, definitely your home, anyway, here, thank you again and thank you again for a simple, clean and warm holiday season, be sure to experience

great apartment with a lot of attention to detail and a lively neighborhood

It was a pleasure to stay at Cansu's apartment! Her apartment has a magical view on the golf of Izmir, it is on walking distance from restaurants, public transport and places worth visiting! The apartment is beautiful decorated and has all the amenities you might need. Cansu was very welcoming and helped us with advises on everything we needed. We warmly recommend it to anyone wishing to experience the charm of İzmir and its golf, we would definetly be coming back! Thank you Cansu!

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

A well appointed apartment in a convenient neighbourhood to explore Izmir. Street parking is tough but there is a paid lot across the street.

We enjoyed our time at Mehmets house and can recommend it.

Nurten and her husband were beyind kind and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Their home is situated on a pristine piece of property, that reminded me of a painting, the artists used every color available to bring life to their garden, while complimenting the breathtaking view. Mordogan translated means purple birth, referencing the sky and we witnessed quite a few from this lovely property. The home, was clean and had everything we needed, plus some things we hadn't thought of. The kitchen didn't leave us in despair, like so many other places that had us buying extras. If anything had been missing, I had no doubt Nurten would of come to the rescue. The beach and town are walkable if you are an avid walker, if not a taxi is within a phone call away. The town is full of cafes and eateries. My family and I will miss being there and hope to visit again someday.

We had a great time in Avignon. We were very well hosted and the house is perfect for a family! The proximity to the center of Urla is a plus! See you soon!

Beautiful house and garden that make you feel at home the moment you open the door. Everything is right there so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. The area is very quiet (apart from the mosque next door) and yet has a small restaurant just across the street. Check-in, check-out and communication with the owners were very easy. Loved every bit an fully recommend staying here!

Mr. Adem and his wife, Ms. Ayşegül, were very warm and welcomed us very well and were very helpful with everything. It is also foreseen for our little son's needs. The house is very nice and convenient. Thank you so much for everything

It was a great stay, we stayed for 4 days but if we could have stayed longer. Every fine detail of the house is considered, very comfortable. The view and decor are excellent. Ms. Aylin weighed us very well, we had a very pleasant time in Karaburun with her advice. We want to be able to stay again.

The personal welcome by the host was very warm – I felt welcome right away. The place is extremely clean, the beds are super hygienic and very comfortable. Questions were responded to immediately, and there was always a timely response. The location is ideal if you are traveling by car – especially the proximity to the airport and the trade fair is optimal. Thank you to the host for the great stay!
