We had four beautiful days at Ute's place with our daughter and our dog lady. The apartment left nothing to be desired. During the week, the road in front of the door seems to be quite busy, but it did not bother us, as we were traveling a lot anyway. Ute responded super quickly. We would definitely return!☀️

We stayed with Irina and Jonathan for 4 nights as a small family. We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. The large bed was comfortable and also gave us enough space for the three of us with our son. The bedroom closet is spacious. The kitchen was really well equipped and even with a missing number burst, we could be helped out right away. since we were on the road during the day and it is still a little fresh in the morning and evening at the moment, we unfortunately could not enjoy the terrace so much, but soon you can certainly have breakfast here in the sunshine. the apartment is very bright because of the large windows despite the basement and can still be made private due to the blackout option. Thank you for the wonderful time!

A nice, cozy apartment in the center of Warburg. There is everything you need in the surrounding area. A bus stop is only 100 meters away, a cafe and Greek restaurant are right next door. As well as other restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is clean and well decorated. The beds and couch are comfortable, a large TV is available, the kitchen has everything you need and in the bathroom you have plenty of space. Check-in and check-out are pretty simple, the apartment door is initially a little unusually difficult to open if you don't know how. Communication runs smoothly, overall it was a very pleasant stay that I can recommend.

We spent 5 days in this beautiful apartment with three moms and three children ages 2, 3 and 6. We had a great time and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is super well equipped (bed linen, towels etc. great, games, books, super many kitchen and household items, spacious rooms, great living / dining area, beautiful balcony with great views and sunset, 2 sparkling clean bathrooms, travel cot, outage protection, children's high chairs, parking space, garage, ...). What you might need to know with children: the two attic windows cannot be 100% darkened, but have shutters. There is a lot to do with children in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Very nice apartment, in a secluded location. Super equipped, clean and a beautiful terrace. Very comfortable bed. Right near the Externsteine. Marion is very nice and accommodating. I can really only recommend the apartment.

First of all, we were greeted very kindly by Ms. Hedwig. The handover went smoothly and we felt very well looked after right away. We particularly liked the welcome gift in the modern and clean apartment. The apartment itself has a small terrace in the entrance area and a balcony in the apartment area. The living area with kitchen is very large, so the four of us had plenty of space. The apartment is very quietly located in a rural area. The stay here made the special occasion perfect. Thanks very much for that!

Lovingly furnished, very cozy house with plenty of space and beautiful backyard with sun garden. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back!

perfect house for a family with small kids, they really enjoyed the sandbox, small vehicles, puzzles etc... Location is also nice, near the dam but still quiet street.

The apartment is completely beautiful! Modern and high-quality furnishings and it has everything you need. Markus and his family are very nice and hospitable, so we felt completely comfortable during our short vacation in Detmold. We will be happy to come back! P.S.: The only challenge to the location is the extremely steep approach by car (steepest road Detmolds), which is certainly not for everyone (but the courage is rewarded with a fantastic view😉).

The house is really super clean, modern and yet cozy. The garden is fenced off, which is great for dogs. If you like peace and quiet and want to hike, this is the place for you 🤩

Melanie's Second Home is truly a special find on Airbnb. The house is not only modern, but also luxurious and fully equipped. It has everything you need for cooking and eating, has a sauna, washing machine and dryer, a great balcony/roof terrace with barbecue and there is even an electric car charging station. Diemelsee offers great hiking trails, a highly recommended boat rental and great restaurants. Communication with Melanie was very friendly and straightforward. Just great! Thank you so much for this lovely stay!

Beautiful location with fantastic views of the lake and the fields and forests behind it. Very modern house and modern furnishings. Perfect for relaxing. In case of complications in the house, one was helped at all times - the contact person was very competent and friendly. Unfortunately, we overlooked the fine print and had to organise bed linen and towels on site at short notice.

Everything worked well. You can check in flexibly in terms of time and it has everything you need. Gladly come back. 😊

irene makes you feel really welcome. She keeps appropriate distance but is around if you need her. The apartment is nicely decorated and reality is thought of everything. It's incredibly clean. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay. :) The apartment is really spacious (significantly larger than it looked in the photos) and beautifully laid out. In the living room, we could sit together comfortably as a group without it getting too crowded. And due to the layout of the apartment and the room layout, it was also possible to easily retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet. The two bathrooms meant you didn't get in each other's way when getting ready. With the loving furnishings and the view of the countryside, we felt very comfortable. Actually, we had booked the accommodation mainly for an event nearby, but we were so impressed that we would like to come back for a longer holiday. Communication with the landlords was always very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were also absolutely uncomplicated. We are thrilled! We'd love to come back :)

The apartment is modern and well equipped and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area. With three separate bedrooms, the apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends. Check-in was uncomplicated thanks to good advance information. Tobias was very quick to respond to questions.

Lovely place! Beautiful building and surrounding. We had some hiccup of our trip and Stanfen was so kind and help us settle in quickly, making great recommendation of local scenery and restaurants. We had superb time in Kassel! I give my highest recommendation to the host, this place, and location!
