Die abgeschlossene 4 Z- Wohnung mit Holzfußböden und loftartigem Charakter hat 70 qm und liegt im DG des Hauses. Man blickt auf den Herkules und einen schönen Garten. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer haben einen Flachbild-TV. 2 Schlafzimmer haben ein Doppelbett, das Einzelzimmer ein Bett mit 1,20 m Breite. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Senceo-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. Das Tageslicht-Bad hat eine Dusche/Badewanne. Föhn, Handtücher und diverse Pflegeprodukte sind vorhanden.

Du wohnst in einer gemütlichen, sehr hellen SouterrainWohnung in einem, nach baubiologischen Richtlinien erbauten Holzhaus. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Hauseingang, eine schöne Terrasse und der Garten (Feuerschale) kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Neben einer Küche mit Backofen und Kühlschrank, steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit netten Nachbarn, die kleine Stadt, mit guter Infrastruktur, ist zu Fuss in fünf Minuten erreichbar.

Inkes Gästewohnung

Unsere Gästewohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, liegt im Hochpaterre eines Altbaus und ist ca. 50 qm groß. Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 160x200 großes Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es neben dem Sofa auch ein 90x190 großes Bett. Auf dem Hof gibt es einige gemütliche Sitzplätze. Die historische Innenstadt, Supermarkt und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Auf dem Hof steht euch ein Parkplatz für euer Auto zur Verfügung.

Die großzügig 80 m² Ferienwohnung mit 2 bis 7 Schlafplätzen in unserem liebevoll sanierten Fachwerkhaus über den Dächern von Ziegenhagen lädt ein zum Verweilen und Erholen. Auf dem Balkon genießt Du einen herrlichen Ausblick über die Wälder. Das imposante Fachwerkhaus beherbergt 12 nette Menschen in 3 Generationen zu manch gutem Gespräch. Ebenso mein Catering, aus dem ab und an auch ein köstliches Essen zu haben ist. In unserem Foyer ist eine Bibliothek zum Schmöken auf gemütlichen Sofas.

Im Wohnzimmer steht eine neue Schlafcouch mit Ottomane. Für eventuell eine 3. Person. Das Schlafzimmer hat seit neuestem ein Boxspringbett ( 180x200cm) und ein Kinderreisebett kann auch noch bei Bedarf aufgestellt werden.Des Weiteren eine Terrasse mit neuen Sitzmöbeln und einer Markise

The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

In the heart of the old town of Hann. Münden, your apartment awaits you on 2 floors in the historic half-timbered house. On the first floor there is a large living room, equipped with a dining table, TV, kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker, sitting area and pull-out sofa bed. On the top floor is a bedroom with a box-spring bed, built-in wardrobe, TV and sitting area as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Bicycle storage is available.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher (Fön) sind vorhanden. Ebenso alles Nötige für die Küche. (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen- und Brett. Fast nebenan gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen (mit täglich frischen Backwaren), ein Gasthaus mit guter Küche, Frisör, Busverbindungen
