The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. House on two levels on our farm. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a sofa (fold-out), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a toilet. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder. There is one queen-size bed (180 x 200) and one single bed (90 x 200), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a construction site in front of the house. Parking available in front of the main building; Wi-Fi and satellite TV also provided. NO dogs allowed!

Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Sit back and relax, turn on the fireplace on cold days or swing on your bike, go canoeing, explore the Reinhardswald, or throw the barbecue on. The local gastronomy also has plenty of things to offer. Especially with children, a visit to the Sababurg Zoo is an absolute highlight. (Dogs are allowed there.) Or perhaps you're interested in history? The Trendelburg Castle, the Sababurg Castle or the local museum offer plenty of information. Also worth seeing is Hofgeismar, about 10 km away…..

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
