Villa Farm Gümüşlük

Our rental property consists of a main house and a guest house on a 2,000 m2 plot in Gümüşlük. The main house has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace The guest house consists of a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. There is a flat entrance. A peaceful residential area completely away from noise. It has a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both houses belongs to the tenant. We also own the Hotel Gümüşlük. Our guests can enjoy discounted breakfast and other meals.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2 story private guesthouse that sleeps a travel group of 3-4. The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. Outdoor hot-tub, kitchen and all essentials to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. 15 minute walking distance from the beach, 3-4 minutes by car. We provide free parking and assistance in any travel related questions. Can also use the 2 common swimming pool and area.

Villa Santa-Fe

Villa Sante Fe has wonderful views right out to sea from its position, perched in the hillside above Koyunbaba bay, located between Yalikavak and Gumusluk. Renound for its charm Gumusluk has a pleasant beach and harbour, overlooked by several fish restaurants and a few small shops, within 10 minutes drive whilst the super luxury Palmarina in Yalıkavak is 15 minutes drive in the opposite direction. All 3 bedrooms, as well as the lounge, face the sea, with superb scenery over the hillside.

The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-storey villa with Lebiderya sea view are rented. My house is located in Geriş, a quiet area of Yalıkavak. On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a modern architectural design. All rooms have magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Our duplex house has an open kitchen, living room and toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 dressing room, a bathroom, and a terrace balcony. There is also a bed in the dressing room to be used if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
