We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

Everything was very nice, the house was nice, it was spotless and it had everything you could need. They were very interested and helped us with everything. We were very pleased.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

Lovely villa - Felt like a private hotel and Sait was a great host! Super helpful, even offered to make us breakfast throughout our stay. The rooms were furnished so nicely and the pool area was gorgeous too. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a place to stay for bigger groups too!

The house was very clean and tidy. The garden was very pleasant. Mr. Cengiz was very helpful with everything. It gave very useful information about places to visit, eat and swim. Thanks to her, we had a very pleasant 10 days with two people and our dog.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

We had an amazing experience. The proximity to the sea, the local restaurant and the location surrounded by nature were quite beautiful. If you love nature and want to feel it at any moment, this is definitely the right place. The cleanliness, the design of the room, especially the fact that it is authentic from ordinary hotel rooms, offers a different experience.

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

The house was nicer than in the photos. It was clean. Mr. Sertaç was very interested. Moreover, the television has arrived. The kitchen equipment was quite sufficient.

We have had a quiet and quiet few days in Bodrum, in nature, away from the city. A delightful, labor-built space of spatial solutions, thoughtfully thought out. Any need for short or long-term stays was considered. We especially thank Mr. Azmi for his interest, we hope to see you again...

We really enjoyed staying at Kallia’s place. It was clean and spacious enough for two people, located only 10 minutes walking-distance away from all the shops and restaurants. There’s a lot of parking around and the terrace is really nice and spacious. The check-in was really easy too. I would recommend staying here and would stay here anytime again when visiting Kos.

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.
