Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Unique Countryside hideaway

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Guinea Fowl Roost

Escape to the tranquility of our spacious 2 bedroom cottage, nestled in the heart of the countryside on our family run farm. This cosy retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The open plan kitchen/living area hosts a log burner that makes for cosy evenings. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, a modern shower room upstairs and downstairs a WC. Explore the nature trail through the woods, breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings.

Converted Stables, Secure Parking, free EV charge

The Stables are set within the grounds of a Tudor Manor House, the oldest house in Kibworth. Converted in 2015 the Stables originally Victorian retain much of the original features whilst adding 21st century luxuries. Two bedroom both with en-suites, power showers & electric towel rails. Underfloor heating. TV’s in each bedroom and lounge. Kitchen fully equipped. Toiletries available for use during your stay. Pod point outside the Stables and off street secure parking for two cars.

Willow Cottage

The accommodation was once a barn dating back to 1900. It is a contemporary conversion within the rear garden of the main house. The property incorporates everything needed for a great stay. It is completely private and self-contained. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen and is accessed by two large patio doors. A staircase leads to a light and airy bedroom with a king size bed, drawers and a wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Are you looking for a constant 5-* glamping experience with a difference? Come and spend time in our beautiful Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).
