Holiday rentals with a sauna in Gulf Islands

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The layout of the unit, the location, the decor and bathrooms were all great. Ubers were easy to get to and from the unit, and it made for a great homebase for us. My only gripe, if I had to find one was the fact that we needed to throw away our own trash at the end of our stay. The trash receptacles are all the way on the first floor behind several doors and a few long corridors, and because our flight was at 8am, we had to account for an extra 20 minutes to bring the trash down, bring our keys back up to the unit, and then head out. Otherwise, the views, location and comfort of the unit made for an excellent first visit in Vancouver.

Cory is a wonderful host. His place and his hospitality were among the best we’ve encountered in Vancouver. Instructions were very clear for checkin making the experience easy. Cory was so generous with his space allowing us to feel very much at home. We’d love to return to stay at Cory’s listing in the future!

Sam’s place worked out well for our family. It was easy to get to, and had a few decent eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself had amazing views of the stadium and downtown. It was very quiet in the home, despite being in busy downtown. The space met our needs and had great natural light. It is a very urban, downtown location with all the pros and cons that come with that, but was worth the convenience for us.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Great hosts - quick to respond, flexible check in and they gave us suggestions on things to see and do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Excellent host. Meets and greets and shows you around and makes you feel comfortable. Good position for easy access to the transit system. The roof top patio is a stand out feature. Had bbq very evening .

THe apartment exceeded expectations. It was so spacious, sunny and with a great view of the water. The building was grand and very quiet. It was also near the town of Sidney and ferries going to multiple places. My mother and I both had a wonderful time staying here. Neighbors we met were friendly. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the light change on the water and enjoy the lovely weather we had all week. We were only sorry to leave when it was time to go home!

Terry and Kerry are great host. Beautiful garden and property. My Almost adult daughter loved the swing my wife loved the garden and I loved it all. We got a bottle of wine and snack dinner one night. We sat at the little table and eat our dinner. We are from TX where you can’t sit outside for 2 hours and not get destroyed by mosquitoes . As a family we’ve stayed in 50plus Airbnb’s and this one is top 5 we will be back in September for college move in

We had a great stay at Yvonne’s home. It was very clean and organized. Had no issues with check in or check out. The skytrain is located just a few steps away and made transportation around the city stress free. Yvonne was very proactive and friendly with her messages.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Yaletown, Vancouver! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured, but the real standout was the stunning view. Waking up to the city skyline and waterfront was such a treat. Everything was incredibly walkable with so many fantastic local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques right outside the door. We were in town for a concert, and the location made the entire experience super convenient and fun. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. You can tell they take pride in their space and in making sure guests have a great experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Vancouver in style and comfort. Would absolutely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in downtown Vancouver! The location is incredibly central; just a few minutes' walk from Robson Street; and the neighborhood felt safe and clean. The unit itself was pristine: spotless white linens and towels, gleaming surfaces, and sparkling clean throughout. I especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in every room that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Adam & Hana's place! They are indeed very friendly and helpful. A walker and cyclist's paradise, the location is so central to everything yet peaceful and quiet like in a park. Don't hesitate to book it if it's available. High recommend!

Nelson’s place was fantastic! He goes above and beyond to make sure your check in is an easy one. I didn’t realize the location where you picked up the key was a distance away, but if you packed light you’ll be fine (9 minute walk). Thankfully the taxi waited for us and took us straight to his place. The views of the city are amazing and the location cannot be beat. I really hope I find myself back in Vancouver again so I can book his condo.

The place is exactly as advertised. Terrific central location. Ez access to Gastown, right by the water for walks or a run. Decent gym, great larger than usual pool. Clean, comfortable. Has a small private office with monitor super easy for work. Very well thought out secure building with a fob system. Our host was super - Responsive, flexible, gave us early check in, touched base during our stay. Well outfitted for a family with young kids , even has toys and games, though we did not have kids! Would stay again

the condo is very clean, well kept, great details and in a very good location. what I did not like was the noise level. although its the 28th floor but the street and metro noise is surprisingly high for such a high floor. I would still go back again to this place as the overall stay was good. also the 3rd br is good for 1 person that is very easy going as it has no windows, no ventilation and no space to walk around. again everything was exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the noise level.

Our second stay with our dog. We had a fantastic time, spent some time in the reading shed (what a gem), had coffee on both decks, thre the ball in the yard, read a book, used the massage bed, just relaxed… it was so peaceful. We’ll be back 😍

The Olympic House is beautiful inside, just as described, sparklingly clean and well appointed. The beds seem to be a great quality foam mattress and we all slept well. The kids’ bunk room would benefit from a ceiling fan, my kids sleep hot and would have appreciated that. Helen was very responsive and kind, she sends out a fantastic guide to the area when you book. It was super helpful! My kids loved the garage games and my husband loves the pour over coffee each morning. :) Our only surprise was that the few houses immediately surrounding us were a little rough and unkempt. We had NO problem or trouble, everything was very peaceful and safe, but there was a car that had obviously been broken down for quite a while directly across the street and some messy yards, etc. that we were not expecting. I would still highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to visit Olympic National Park.

Emma's place was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us - including our 2 big dogs! The decor is lovely, just like the pictures, but free from clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen had every item we needed to make our meals. The sauna and cold soak tub were a very appreciated bonus! The neighborhood is very peaceful, and felt safe for walking our dogs. Most importantly was how kind, gracious, and communicative Emma was. She allowed us to check in early, which helped us immensely, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Super location - walkable to all services with trails literally on the property doorstep. House was very clean, well appointed and super comfortable with lots of places to lounge inside and out. Michelle and her husband were very friendly and excellent communicators.

Beautiful setting. Enjoyed hot tub and sauna. Slept great. Nice kitchen open to dining and living room. Perfect for family dinner and gathering. Steep stairway to bedrooms but manageable for most with good handrail. Easy entry. Could use a speaker for music, bring your own. Needs a couple saucepans and communicated that to Paul. Felt right at home and made a wedding weekend with family a true celebration because problems or disappointment were NOT a distraction! Thanks Paul

great place to rest and relax

We absolutely in love with this place. This was our second time coming to this beautiful house. We love everything about it: the views, the privacy, how kids friendly it is, we truly enjoyed the short walk to the beach, swimming in the ocean, and of course sauna was amazing. Thank you so much for letting our family to build beautiful memories.
