Beachfront holiday rental in Gulf Islands

The cabin has stunning views and makes you feel like you’re up in the tree canopy. There are hammocks for the deck (which my kids loved). There is a playground within a 5 minute walk, a horse shoes game, mini putting green, baseball court, and Japanese garden. This was a huge bonus for us.

A great place to relax and rest. the view from the patio over the harbour is so peaceful. The inside space is large and airy. the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. we would come back again!

Beautiful property—neat little nook tucked into the hillside. We really enjoyed the gas firepit on the patio! Really lovely place for adults to stay, slightly challenging with an infant because washing bottles is hard in the sink and the shower head is quite high so no ideal way to bathe the baby. Would highly recommend for adults or families with older children though! Property was gorgeous and the space very comfortable and romantic feeling. Hosts were very accommodating and set up a pack and play for us and were responsive and helpful when needed. We saw so much wildlife on the property it was very peaceful. Thanks! Hope to return!

An amazing weekend away in Gibsons! Our hosts Amanda and Dean are so lovely and we felt right at home. The view from the deck was spectacular, the suite well appointed and so cozy and comfortable. Loved the beach across the road, the peaceful quiet location and super easy access to the ferry. Highly recommend and already planning our next trip back!

Had a wonderful stay, our pups had a great time, just walked across the street and we were on the beach. The road in front is a dead end with more people walking on it than cars! Wonderful view out the bank of windows - even saw a Black Bear early one morning walk down the driveway. Place was well stocked and exactly what a rustic cottage should be.

It felt like we were personal guests of the owners, staying in a designed and well-loved home. There were so many special touches and so much thoughtfulness. The home has many cute areas to spend time in, and the patio was an instant way to feel connected to nature. We went for a graduation, now dreaming to return, just to stay there again! ♡♡♡

Perfect couple's getaway spot on the Sunshine Coast! The cottage is beautiful - classic rustic design with all the modern amenities you would need. Steps away from the water on a smooth pebbled beach. We soaked up the peaceful sounds of nature and the sea from the porch every day. The property's landscaping is A+! We loved the gorgeous sunsets and dramatic tides (a novelty for Ontario folks!). If you want to feel connected to nature, while still being close enough to towns/Vancouver, this is the place to stay. We loved the easy access to magnificent mountainous hiking trails, and a boat tour out of Egmont (Princess Louisa Inlet is a must-see!). Every night wrapped with a sleep in verrry comfy bed, looking at the stars through the skylight. Stunning! Sue & Gil were fantastic hosts. Very responsive and helpful, and respectful of privacy on the property. We had such a wonderful stay in Halfmoon Bay! Can't wait to get back to this incredible region of BC.

We felt very welcome into their vacation condo. The details made towards insuring our comfort, down to bottled water upon arrival and more was much appreciated. A bottle of white wine and Godiva chocolates were placed on the kitchen island along with the parking cards...a nice welcome to the condo. The unit was very clean and cozy. The convenience of walking to Father's Day brunch and later to dinner was perfect. Sherri and Dan sent a lengthy welcome message to us 48 hours prior to arrival, listing the restaurants, coffee houses and their proximity. The communication was great. Sally and Dale have such a BEAUTIFUL property - it was the perfect location for a girls’ bachelorette weekend. They were also such kind and responsive hosts, quick to respond to anything we needed, we truly felt right at home.

We loved staying at Deanna’s. The resort was excellent and the kids had a blast. Lots of games in the unit, kitchen was well equipped for 2 adults and 3 kids under 12. Beach was great and when it rained, the heated indoor pool and games room was amazing!

My sister, Mum and I spent two nights here for a little girls getaway. We enjoyed the beach walk, sitting out on the point with the firepit, and golfing at the little local 9-hole course Brigadoon. The suite had everything we needed and Christina was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it! Close to the beach, restaurants and the club house with the games room and pool is great for kiddos. We have made Birch Bay a yearly trip and love this spot!

Carol once again showed why she is the host we compare ALL others to. Her attention to detail and comfort for all her guests keeps us coming back time and again. Lovely cottage. Very peaceful and perfect for our long weekend family gathering. Andrea was really responsive and everything was extremely clean. We didn’t get lucky with the tides but really enjoyed the deck

Carol’s place was AMAZING! The kitchen had everything needed to make meals for dining in, which we did a lot of because THAT VIEW!! We didn’t want to leave, just wanted to sit and watch for marine life. We saw seals, dolphins, eagles, and a family of 6 sea otters playing. When the evening started to cool we moved our binoculars to the hot tub to continue enjoying the views and serenity. My family agreed the beds were comfy and we all slept well. If you are looking for a go go go vacay Pender Island is not your place. If you want easy hikes in gorgeous surroundings, peace that reaches your very core, and super friendly people I definitely recommend Pender Island! The didc golf course has discs for public use and was really fun! Driftwood shopping center has all you will need. We recommend Sea Star Winery and a stop at Bee Wild distillery for tastings. We HIGHLY recommend Carol’s place!

Alida was a fantastic host! The home is beautiful, had everything we needed, and is in an amazing location! We spent our time biking around the island, enjoying our private beach, looking at eagles, river otters, seals and so many birds. It was a beautiful and peaceful location, easily one of the coolest Airbnbs we've stayed at in a long time! Alida had very thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special!

Robin was very friendly and accommodating. The location was one of the most beautiful and peaceful I have ever stayed at. My girlfriend and I did not want to leave! I would love to stay here again. We had such a wonderful stay here! The views were absolutely stunning from every window. The interior was sparkling clean and so thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect, just minutes from Birch Bay State Park for peaceful beach walks. We saw so many great blue herons and bald eagles! Marie was such kind host and always very responsive. Truly such a luxurious experience.

The Salish Waterfront retreat on Eastsound bay was great place to stay. Being right on the water and a quick drive to the main town on Orcas Island was also very nice. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quite get away!

Staying at Shauna's was a fantastic experience. Incredible views and location with a very welcoming host. In no particular order from the living room window we saw: Mink Bald eagles belted kingfisher northern river otters Humpback porpoise seals possible orca baby fawn lovely clean place with a great view.
