Booked at very late notice but thankfully Ben got back to me quickly and was very responsive throughout the stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and more. Felt very cosy and relaxed there. Loved the working stove. Great spacious parking facilities. There’s a hotel about 10 mins walk away that serves good food. Perfect location for exploring Norfolk.

We had a lovely stay at The Waggon, which is set in a beautiful, peaceful location. We really appreciated the warm welcome, homemade bread and comfy accomodation. It was lovely to have the animals and birds nearby too.

We had a fantastic stay in Chris and Sharon’s garden cottage - it was comfortable, homely and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxed weekend away. Great base for exploring the north Norfolk coastline too. Would stay again!

Perfect for what we needed. Living area is very spacious. Cottage had everything we needed. Ideal for 4 adults and a couple of small children. Great fish and chip shop nearby. Short drive to local supermarkets too. Excellent communication with the host.
