Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Guisborough

We booked this for friends to use for their honeymoon. Charles was very accommodating and helpful when booking and the space was just perfect. Particularly appreciated was the wood fired hot tub and lots of useful local information helping them to make the most of their stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Photographer’s House! The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen, it had everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the lovely welcome basket, thank you. The view is stunning! We spent hours on the patio, soaking up the sunshine and taking it all in. The host, Ashley, was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d love to come back again!

Great little place to stay. Comfy beds, peaceful surroundings, and David is a lovely host. The house is a really good example of a historic building which has been converted with imagination, style and class. It was really fun to learn about its previous uses from the books provided. Everything in the village is walkable, and they do good fish and chips at the Cod & Lobster.

Excellent place to stay, really lovely comfortable cottage and all the facilities you need. Close to local bus stops , Cleveland way coastal path and coast to coast path plus lots of walks inland and lovely food in the village pub 5mins walk . Highly recommend to anybody looking at this property.

Any less than 5* or a-maz-ing would be doing Jane and Crabapple Cottage a disservice. The neighbours were fabulous too. We had everything we could possibly want in the cottage and looong garden, and more, including the trampoline 😄 Jane was super responsive to questions I raised even when she was out with a friend and immediately set to finding a solution to our mini problem. Settees and bed were very comfortable and our dog was immediately relaxed in the property which was also really important to us. So many places to visit nearby and lots to do, we could have spent way more time there.

The house was fabulous, so homely with luxurious touches, bedding, furniture to name just a few. Well equiped with dishwasher etc. Parking directly outside with permits supplied. Wendy responded quickly and checked all was well with us. A wonderful stay.

Fabulous stay in a lovely home. Everything you need is available for a comfortable “home from home” break. Easy check in, great location and only a short walk into Whitby and very convenient to visit other coastal towns. Amanda was a great host and was on hand if needed. Dog friendly with a secure courtyard to the back. Parking wasn’t an issue as there was plenty of space directly outside. We will definitely return!

I travel for work every week and this is possibly the nicest accommodation i have ever stayed in. Homely, great location, spotless and a lovely welcome pack, biscuits, crisps and milk in the fridge. Truly home from home.

Great place to stay in the centre of Whitby

Beautiful little hidden gem! A perfect stay whilst we attended a wedding at Middleton Lodge. The flat was well equipped, bed was super comfy and the towels were large and fluffy! I would deffinatley reccomend to others 😃😃. Thank you Fiona!

Gorgeous, stylish and comfortable flat in a great location for exploring the city. Everything has been thought about: the interior design, the kitchen equipment, the parking permits and the coffee pods, and everything was comfortable and stress free. Spotlessly clean, impeccable comms and a really friendly welcome. There is some road noise, so if you're not normally a city dweller, you could be disturbed. Wasn't a problem for us - highly recommend.

Fabulous accommodation right jn the centre if town. Lots of local shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The Old Bank House is luxury comfortable accomodation with loads of space. The 3 bathrooms are a great bonus. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook meals.

We had such a lovely stay. It was very comfortable and spacious. It was great that everything was in one level and reduced the stress for our fur babies. Has fantastic access for walks and not far from the break water. Good access to the little shops and pubs. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Internet was very good and had no problem connecting to our devices. I would definitely recommend and we will be staying again. Our stay wasn’t long enough but still was well worth it.

The cottage is absolutely a pearl in the countryside, really relaxing place and the view is awesome from the cottage. If you looking where restore your energy this is the place. Is also really close to Whitby and local supermarket.
