Monthly Rentals in Güímar

Everything is great, matches the photo and description. A very nice gift from the host was waiting for us on the table. It was very pleasant after the arrival! I definitely recommend it and I think we'll be back!

Excellent location and beautiful view of the beach from two terraces. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed being able to walk to the market, restaurants, panadería and heladería. Away from the hustle of the touristic sites but still very fun to stay. Would absolutely stay there again. Just one side note: the stair to the second floor is narrow and it would be hard for people with mobility issues and somewhat unsafe for young children.

We stayed at Maria Sonia apartment for 3.5 weeks and I can only agree with the other positive reviews. The apartment is clean, spacious, quietly located and equipped with all necessary things. The communication with Maria Sonia was reliable and timely and we would be warmly welcomed by her at the key handover. Apartment has good wifi. The parking situation in the street in front of the house is more difficult, but there is a gr parking lot where we always found a place. By the way, there are also the garbage containers. Very close to the apartment there are 2 supermarkets and the beach promenade and the Malpais of Guimar are also very close. We enjoyed the stay so much that we will be happy to return to Maria Sonia apartment!

Paloma and Victor are lovely people. Very responsive, very good communication, and always attentive to our needs. The accommodation is large. The beds are very comfortable. The washing machine and dishwasher are practical and the refrigerator is very large. Everything was very clean. It is located in a good area where you can find a butcher, a bakery, a greengrocer and a supermarket. It's easy to park. There are also restaurants and a black beach nearby. You can visit many places from Puertito de Güímar. We had a great time. Thank you very much Paloma and Victor and kisses to Martina :)
