There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Nice home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With a 10-minute walk to the train/bus station and ferries. Shopping nearby. The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use.
