Charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of the private house. The apartment is located in small village on Midtfyn, a few km from shopping, only one block from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense along the nearby highway, which does not bother. The view shows the scenic side of Fyn just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forest and small river. The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with a small oven, hobs and dining nook, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

Authentic and cozy town house in the very center of Svendborg. Only 250 meters to the beach, 500 meters to the pedestrian street and shopping area, it does not get more central than this. The house is newly renovated with new furniture. The house offers two spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. Charming house close to forest, water and the city of Svendborg. Across the house you can walk straight into the forest and within an idyllic 5 minute walk, you reach the water, Svendborgsund. The swimming area at Sknt Jorgens Lighthouse is within a 15 minute walk. The house is located only 8 min by bicycle and 5 min by car from the center of Svendborg. Supermarket within walking distance.

Clothing moss

Here you get a lovely apartment overlooking fields and sea views in the distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a country house with sheep, dog and horse boxes, if it could be tempted to take the horse on vacation. Close to Svendborg, close to Nyborg and close to Egeskov Castle. The island sea trail runs right past the house.
