Monthly Rentals in Guapimirim

The home of Albanir and Gabriela is on a street very close to the gastronomic center of Guapi. We only overnight. The goal was to arrive early at the Kartódromo. I arrived at 10 pm (Márcia lives next door and received us), and we left at7:30. Everything worked well.

The house is great, 3 large bedrooms with a double bed, closets, being 2 suites. Integrated living room and kitchen, all with extreme good taste and care in the details. Equipped kitchen, everything works perfectly. The condominium is beautiful, with lakes, waterfall, swimming pools, football field. Safe and very quiet, a lot of peace and silence. Katia welcomed us with joy and was always very kind, helpful, flexible at check in and attentive. We love and will surely return!

Carina's space matches the photos exactly. Extremely clean and spotless. Full kitchen, nothing was missing, from utensils to appliances. The house is very well taken care of, we felt at home and welcomed by Carina, who was extremely helpful, kind and polite from the beginning, responding to us immediately and giving us valuable tips on restaurants and waterfalls. I can't forget Mr. Cesar, extremely careful, helpful, friendly and very polite, did not let us lack anything. I am from Copacabana and I could not fail to praise the people of Guapimirim, ALL of them, extremely polite, it is difficult where I live for people to say good morning anywhere, ALL of them, who passed by the agent greeted us, beautiful, very beautiful, I felt welcomed by Carina, by Mr. Cesar, for the people of the city and for the city.
