Holiday rentals with breakfast in Guapimirim

It was a great accommodation in the room that Antônio gave me. Room and bathroom. Access to the kitchen upstairs and a laundry room next to the bedroom. Very nice the site and very near to Lapa. For those who want to stay close to the Lapa roles is excellent. And no noise from the bars. I will definitely return. Ahh, the Mother of Antônio, a lovely and good master of prose. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Staying at Vera's house was great, I felt very comfortable, everything was very clean and organized. Vera is a great host, very kind, responded quickly, always willing to guide and give tips about the region. As it was my first time in Petropolis, the location was very good, being between Petropolis and Itaipava, I used Uber. Breakfast really helps to start the day. Kittens are calm and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Felipe and his governess Jussara were attentive and have made us satisfied since the check in - with the presentation of the property and a warm welcome! I rented 2 suites for an important mission: MAKING OF THE BRIDE AND GROOM. Yes! I got married on Ilha da Gigóia on Jan 7 and had important support from the owner for everything I needed! We even invite Felipe to our Ceremony and Wedding Reception! It was all very good! I recommend it for the location, the beauty of the property, the calm of the place, for the readiness and affection of the housekeeper, for the whole. We are grateful for bringing a souvenir of the house and the island in our photos; forever!

Bruno is an exceptional host! His house managers Jardel and Dora are the most caring people! They truly made the difference in our stay. Oh, and the breakfast every morning was the cherry on top. Anytime we needed help, they were always willing to go the extra mile. My friend even accidentally left her phone in the van from the airport and Bruno was able to coordinate with the drivers to retrieve it for her. We were so grateful to have him! Our group of 6 had a fantastic time in Rio at this Air B&B. Highly recommend staying here!

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Julia was very kind and welcoming. It was very easy to communicate with her and was always available when we needed her. The listing matches the photos and has everything you need for a great time in Santa Teresa. Thank you again for kindness and hospitality. I recommend it 100%

The apartment is small and just as it appears in the photos! Maybe just 2 people maximum. It was impeccable. Tip for travelers: the main lights in the bedroom and living room are turned on with the remote controls on the wall. Claudia is a lovely person, always making sure that we are well and that nothing is missing and also giving recommendations of places/restaurants to visit or things to do. Obrigada por tudo! :)

Andre is a great person and host. His home is great everything was nice. He even put out breakfast and he is always available and willing to help out with anything. All the crew in the building is also very caring. I’d certainly book it again no and recommend Andre any day to friends. Thanks for everything, Andre. See you soon!

Carolina was a great host, very helpful, always responded quickly, the apartment is very large, comfortably accommodates 6 people, great for those traveling in groups or families.

Excellent place to stay in Barra, very well equipped, fantastic location (in a quiet street, but very close to shops, restaurants, subway and beach), comfortable and clean. 24/7 concierge with extremely helpful and friendly staff. I recommend it.

We stayed 10 days in Rio and stayed in the apartment of Lucía. We welcomed Andresa, a friend of Lucía, a charming person. The reception is spotless, the apartment is spotless, the location is excellent. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, 300 meters from the beach and 100 meters from " La Lagoa" that you can ask for more. God willing that we can go back🙏🫶. Thank you for everything.

I found my perfect stay! Vera is a lovely person and the place is beautiful and well organized. Breakfast time is very flexible!! The hill is a quiet place and people are very kind, I've met great restaurants right there. I am very grateful for the stay and I intend to come back more often ❤️❤️

The guesthouse is super comfy and cozy! The team was very attentive whenever we need it, especially in the friendliness of the breakfast service. Even, what a breakfast! Super Plato and all delicious. We stayed in a large room with a wonderful balcony and we enjoyed both the pool and the proximity to the beach.

Marcia's place is wonderful!! No words to describe the care with the details... the chalet is extremely well cared for, cozy, clean... a super special point is the heating on the floor that helped a lot on the cold days we were staying.. a delight! Breakfast is a cuddle in the form of food! The property is beautiful and the lemon orchard makes everything even more charming! Amazing! I look forward to coming back!

Paolo’s house up the hills of Santa Teresa is so charming, you’ll want to stay longer. The upclose direct view to the Christ, the delicious breakfast served plus the charming and well thought out decorations made my stay feel so elevated and spiritual.
