Paulo’s place was spacious. Copacabana beach is a 8 minute walk and he provides the chairs. There is also A/C in every room. I’d recommend staying here as an American traveler.

The place can be more beautiful than the pictures! A true spectacle in the midst of nature, with a breathtaking view! Thanks every minute, the house is great, very equipped, the garden is beautiful and perfect for making a fire at night! Great to make the Pico trail, it's a lot closer because the house is very high! We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and we will certainly stay here again. We recommend it!

We stayed for the second time and, once again, the experience was excellent. The place is very well cared for, clean, comfortable and surrounded by nature — ideal for those seeking rest and tranquility. We went with our dogs, who were also able to enjoy the outdoor space safely. It is a welcoming, quiet environment with a very well-planned structure for days of rest. Communication with the hosts was always easy and attentive. We will definitely return more often and recommend the stay for those looking for a special place to relax with or without dogs.

The location is amazing. It seemed like I was living a dream, with that wonderful view... that even on a rainy day, it's still amazing!!!! There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, great location, I highly recommend it! And the view is a show apart. And the apartment was very clean and fragrant, we loved it.

The home experience was great!! From the beginning, the Host answered all our questions very politely and quickly. When we arrived we were well received and we were very comfortable. The space corresponds to the photos and we can enjoy the common area and the internal accommodations well.

The house is really great and very reliable for Airbnb's description here. Extremely comfortable, with large rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet in the whole house, kitchenware, towels, pillows and bedding available. In addition, in the few doubts we had we were promptly answered by hosts in the app. We just have to thank them for the pleasant days we have spent.

Amazing place! WHAT TO EXPECT? A comfortable house, for 6 people easily. Comfortable bedrooms. The apartment is close to beautiful waterfalls, and inside the condominium there is a private waterfall, a restaurant, swimming pools, and saunas. Quiet place. I'll definitely be back.

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.

Simply great! The location is great, the apartment was clean, it has everything in the kitchen. Building with good structure. 24-hour market practically in the building. In front of the beach. Hosts respond quickly. It is a little above average in value, but it compensates for the benefits. It only really fits four people, but it's very cozy. Everything is complete, with iron, vacuum cleaner, sandwich maker. The refrigerator freezes well. It needs more outlets, and the air is the "window" type, it makes noise, a split would make the experience perfect. I will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Ipanema! The space is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the beach is incredible—you’re literally just steps away from the sand, right across the street. The building felt very safe, with friendly and helpful doormen and a prime location right next to the Fasano Hotel. The area is well-patrolled and secure, with lots of police presence. Jane was a wonderful host—she checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well and was always available to answer any questions. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to Leblon, Arpoador, and Copacabana, with tons of great shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The rooftop pool was a huge bonus—absolutely stunning views and surprisingly peaceful, as we hardly ever saw anyone else using it. It felt like our own private retreat above the city. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Rio. Highly recommend!

An amazing place to stay with beautiful 360 view of the entire city, you can even see the redeemer statue from the apartment. Very close to everything and Gilles is exceptionally helpful and communicative. I look forward to coming back!
