Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Guapimirim

Carla was a great host, since the beginning of the available reservation and requests, ready to respond and we assist in whatever it was. All the demands we need, Carla solved them, including going to the place to ask questions. The house contains three good bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are large and very functional, bringing comfort. The garage, though tight, was two large cars. The swimming pool is small. The check-in and check-out took place with the greatest peace of mind. The detail of this accommodation is the location, which is very good in relation to the beach of macumba, in Recreio, close to the beach and supermarkets. However, on arrival the GPS directed us to the site, passing through a community, which is close to the property. Nothing occurred in this trip and during the stay, but the feeling of getting to the place passing through the community was not legal, taking into account the context narrated in RJ. Highlight for Barra and Grumari beach, excellent and close to the property.

The host Katia, is of great and easy communication. Always available for assistance. The house is very good. The large and airy outdoor space, because it is close to the beach, it is very windy, which makes the house very fresh. Very good pool. It has a large table near the barbecue, which is perfect for good family meals. In front of the house there is a bakery and a grocery store, which helps a lot. Check-in and checkout were super smooth.

Casa matches the description. I just didn't like the town because and away from shops, beach and the center of Saquarema

Amamos host at Edinaldo's House and Nil. Very kind, polite and cordial hosts. The home matches the description and photos. Guapimirim is a surprising little town, educated people, beautiful waterfalls and signposted trails. We'll be back for sure!

Being resident in Brazil, I have been several times to Rio, but this place has greatly exceeded our expectations. Charming, warm, full of positive energy just consistently vintage as described. It inspires us to stay in the house and chat or read a book. Everything was clean, functional and well prepared to make the guests welcomed , including coffee:). Thanks Anna for your flexibility and your reception! We felt really at a friend’s house. Indeed my next stay every time will go to Rio !

Great stay. The house is clean, with all the utensils, bed linen and towels excellent. Quiet place, perfect to rest. Well-kept condominium, nice staff, wonderful pool. Friendly host, flexible with schedules, always responding to messages quickly. Anyway, we liked it very much.

The hosts have welcomed us very well, are nice and nice, have made our stay the best possible. The house is amazing, very well taken care of and the outside area is sensational. It is a place of peace. I recommend it to everyone.

Marcia's home in Ipanema was a lovely staying during my first time in Rio for Carnaval. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and within a 5-10 minute walk, I could easily find açai shops, restaurants, and several groceries. I also felt extremely safe in Ipanema, especially considering all the dangers I had heard about Rio prior to traveling there. The home itself was exactly as described, with exception to the elevator which was out of service for the entirety of my stay (which Marcia did warn me and my party about). The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was a bit exhausting with no elevator, but overall, I'd stay here again even without an elevator. The water was warm and plentiful when showering, and the water pressure was decent. The AC worked perfectly, and I was able to do laundry during my weeklong stay. Marcia was an excellent host and communicated well. We even were able to do an early check-in because of availability. 10/10 would recommend.

The location of the apartment is excellent!! It had all the amenities. It is located between the 6th and 7th posts. Very good security. There is a 24-hour supermarket below the building, which is very convenient. It had all the necessary items for cleaning. It has a microwave, coffee maker and washing machine; electric oven and stove and a very good refrigerator, essential kitchen items. I recommend it

Our stay at this spacious home in Rio was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for us to relax. The host was an excellent communicator—always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A huge plus was the flexibility with check-out. That level of hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Rio!

The apartment is great, very spacious environment compared to other Copa Airbnbs, very well planned, excellent location, very considerate and available host. Great cost benefit. Has become my favorite in the area, I will definitely come back other times.

I would give it more stars if I could! The apartment is super comfortable and large. The bed the best part of all, it looked like I was sleeping in a cloud. Close to Arpoador and the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana. I didn't want to go out to enjoy the comfort of the apartment 😹

My second stay at this apartment and it was as fantastic as my last stay. Carlos is a real gentleman who really cares and looks after his guests. He left provisions for a few days which was much appreciated after a long flight. He checked in regularly to make sure that all was ok. The apartment is well located with an amazing view. It is walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The pool is well maintained and very quiet during the week. The daily complementary housekeeping is an added bonus to keep the apartment spotless. It has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. I cannot wait until my next visit. 100% recommended.

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars in Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very calm too. I'll be back for sure!

The apt is great, well decorated, functional, well clean, well equipped, perfect for short or even long stays. The condominium is very comfortable, very beautiful, and with many amenities. All features compensate for the fact that it is not a sea front. Fast commute to beach (R$20 uber) . The host was extremely kind and attentive. I will certainly return. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is otimooo!! Super clean and very complete, with everything we need, Dona Nira served us super well, great hostess, we felt at home!!! Not to mention the common area of the condominium, with sports court, playground, bowling, gym , not to mention the pool, amazing, a real resort pool, All perfect!😍

Joyce's place was exactly as described. It was beautiful, clean and in a secure building. Joyce and Bruna were very communicative and responsive. they checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. The stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely book it again.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
