Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guanajuato

The house was perfect!!! It had everything you needed, i felt really comfortable and immediately at home. There was a fruit basket when we arrived, and she even made sure we had some simple refreshments to start the day with. Judith always answers and is really friendly and helpful. The house is in a nice and quiet environment. It's a 15 min walk to the center and it's close to plaza pozuelos, where there is a big supermarket. You can do everything on foot, only to return back to the house, i recommend a taxi. But it has it's advantages, you have a nice view here, and no noise from the city at all, it's really quiet and peaceful, what is hard to get in Guanajuato centro. So if you want to be close to the center but still want to live quiet and super clean... I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Judith!!! You're an amazing host, i hope to see you soon again!!! A super clean place, which for me is very important, the location very well located to get there loves any place whether they are restaurants and places to visit. Excellent place!!! We would be back for sure.

Great place to stay, super good attention

We chose Dave's place because of the size and location, plus his pictures were amazing. I had been to Guanajuato once before with friends but this time I wanted to share the city with my family. My husband and I, plus our 2 sons and their partners along with an adult grandson, were very comfortable. Our favorite spot to get together was the terrace - what an incredible view! Our last night was a fun family dinner; the kitchen fully equipped with a spacious dining table both inside and outside. There is so much to do and see in Guanajuato. Mario, the house manager and his nephew, were very responsive and always available to provide rides to the airport and for a day trip to San Miguel. I definitely recommend this house and would be very happy to stay again. We had 3 people who worked remote and the WIFI was great throughout the property. Thank you Dave and Mario for a great stay!

It is much nicer than it looks, a very comfortable place, the host super friendly and always attentive to everything, the house was very clean, an incredible view, who received me super friendly. I will definitely be back soon.

Excellent place, the house is beautiful, everything is super clean, it is unbeatable that it has a place to park, it is very close to the center, it does not have a microwave oven or TV in the secondary room, from there to outside everything is very good

The location was very good, the place is what it describes. Excellent communication, and a great view. I only have two details, the bathroom had a strong smell of caño, the one in the hallway, because the one in the room does not smell like that, and the apartment is hot or we were touched on the days like that, and the fans do not work so well. It's not something that we will take the trouble to tell them, I think they could have let it go because they always behaved well, but we didn't, so I don't consider this lowering their rating. Thanks!

Quiet place with easy access, with street parking close to the accommodation without problem, safe. the mini apartment is well with everything you need for a short, clean, pleasant stay. Paulina was quick to respond very friendly and hospitable. I would return

the place is exactly the same as the listing, they showed a lot of flexibility to receive me and Mrs. Socorro's service was excellent. the place is very nice, the bed is very comfortable, the only detail is the armchair a little uncomfortable to be in it for some time. everything is very clean, it's really worth staying in your stay

The home was amazing with great views of the town. The mornings were peaceful and at night, you can hear all of the sounds and singing coming from the town below. The walk downhill into town is easy and quick, the hike up is steep and confusing the first couple of times. The home has hot water, clean sheets, and fast internet. I would recommend anybody to stay here if they visit. Note: bring ear plugs for sleeping, some nights the dogs were barking all night and some they weren't. Good to have them on hand just in case.

Staying at Mery’s place was great. Everything you need for a couple or a single person is there. It’s super cozy and the view is spectacular. Every morning we were able to sit outside to have coffee and breakfast while watching the morning light change. In the evenings we enjoyed a night cap with the city’s twinking lights. Beware that the incline down to Centro is a little steep. Walking down isn’t bad, but you may want to budget in an Uber or taxi coming back up.

This studio was just perfect for what I needed. My wife and friend had stayed in the larger home that is on the same property. Great for a couple or one person. Not fancy but very practical. Comfortable bed. Nice Bathroom. Excellent Shower. The kitchen area again not fancy but very clean and serves the purpose of A STUDIO! The proximity to the Main Street of Presa makes life easy. Across the street are great coffee cafes. Up a ways are really great restaurants like Citric which I had the best Chilaquiles Rojos of any in Mexico. Across from Citric is Amantxi a Fine Dining steakhouse that is magnificent under the watchful eyes of Chef Domingo Marteniz and his wife. Great and talented staff. A BARGAIN at each of these restaurants for the quality they provide… Back to Christel and her listing. Since we had the privilege of staying there 2x in a short period. We had the full experience of excellent above and beyond communication. The home delivered more than promised.Highest recommendation!

It was already customary to get to this place, for the safety, the location, the friendliness of the host, excellent to our point of view. The area is quiet and close to restaurants and outlets.

The instructions were perfect to access the unit, photos were a big help too. It was exactly as the photos showed and a great space. Everything was there, additional blankets, a fan and even heaters! Leonel was extremely responsive for any questions and he provided water for our entire 1 month stay. He also provided cleaning once a week which I have never had in an Airbnb, it was fantastic. Overall it was a great stay, restaurants and shopping are only a 5-7 minute walk, the center square and beautiful park are all do close. Guanajuato was a fun experience and Leonel was a wonderful host, I would highly recommend.

It's a good accommodation, you can go down downtown walking about 5 minutes, I recommend comfortable shoes for the climb, it was very clean and with everything you need for a good stay, we were 2 people and the studio seemed great, I would choose it again on a next visit to gto. Good cost/benefit thanks :)

Michelle’s place is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and features a patio with a beautiful view. She was very responsive to my requests, which made the stay even smoother. I worked remotely from there for a week, and everything went perfectly.
