perfect beautiful space with its own bathroom on the second floor, the bottom is a full studio and you can wash anything else upstairs with your own bathroom with grille in the hallway for your peace of mind. It has access to the terrace as a common area of the house. The Dam area is a private area of Guanajuato. It is an extremity of the city where you can find parks, bars, restaurants and stores 5 mn from the house. The hunch of the city is a 20 minute walk away.
