A good place to stay you are a maximum of 15 minutes at a slow pace from the Juárez theater and the center easy to access the only inconvenience is that the internet goes from time to time

100% recommended. It is located in an excellent area with shopping malls, restaurants around it, as well as being a very quiet and cozy place. Israel's communication and attention was excellent and he was always attentive to any questions or concerns.

I loved my stay! The place has everything you need to enjoy, apart from being within walking distance of the tourist area. I would recommend it to anyone who is on vacation in Leon, I'm sure you won't regret it :))

Great location and great place for a relaxed and quiet stay in Irapuato.

Quiet place in general, the upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, but overall everything was very good, good attention from the hosts.

Very good stay, the place is very comfortable, the beds are comfortable, it has what you need to feel at home, very good view, the subdivision is very pleasant, you can walk quietly, if you have children, there are parks and football and basketball courts, within the subdivision there are two Oxxo stores, a similar pharmacy, near the stay there is a square which has a bakery, a mini super, aesthetics, hairdresser, stationery, fruit and vegetable store, two buildings away there is a small store on the first floor. The truth is, it's a very quiet and pleasant area. I went for a walk at 10 at night and everything was very quiet.

Very comfortable, you are about a 10-minute walk from downtown, Juarez Theater, but it is ideal to rest without the noise of the city, excellent service by Paulina and the person who helps at the reception, I would definitely stay here again. Note the place is spacious, king bed, TV, fridge, grill, living room, hot water, these are the things we used the most, 10 out of 10.

Walking a little you get to downtown, good space in a quiet area. *For some people to consider a somewhat steep climb to get to the house. Overall a very good stay.

Excellent location, 30 seconds away there is a shop and in 5 minutes walking you reach the center. The neighborhood was safe and had a very nice atmosphere, the views from the terrace and the apartment were also incredible. I loved the design of the place! In addition to feeling very clean and comfortable. The neighbor has chickens but they didn't bother me, they sleep early and during the day I was sightseeing. I slept late every day without any discomfort. The airbnb has towels, soaps, shampoo, earplugs and many things in the kitchen. I would stay here again.

Cesar is very friendly and attentive at all times, we were in his place for a month and we had no inconvenience
