The 2 bedrooms that are situated on the back of the casale are independent from the rest of the house and they share the bathroom. Just 400 mt from the small village of San Vito di Narni where guests can find a restaurant and a bar.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

La struttura, su due livelli, è composta da 5 camere da letto matrimoniali, 3 bagni, ampio salone con camino e grande cucina in muratura. Il Casale può ospitare 10 adulti e, su richiesta, 2 bambini. La proprietà comprende anche una piscina ed ampio giardino con zona barbecue e forno a legna ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.

The Country house is located in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), with panoramic view overlooking our vineyards. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
