Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A real shepherd's wagon awaits you, which offers much more than it did to the shepherd back then. You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

Together with our two children and a cat, Roman and I live in the old sandstone house with a beautiful garden and rent our adjoining apartment overlooking the countryside. Our apartment is centrally located in the green city surrounded by vineyards, above our shop "Das Stoffatelier," directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone. From here you can easily explore the area. By car, bike or public transport you can quickly get to the next wine village. Due to the central location on the pedestrian zone, you can quickly reach various shops and localities on foot. Tourist information is about 100 meters away.
