The home is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the home there is a patio with table and chairs and a barbecue.

Our house has two patios, one with day and afternoon sun and the other with evening sun. Well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and dining room. Grundsunds Marina rents out boats and you can rent canoes for access to the nearby archipelago.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, located on the west coast with the sea as your closest neighbor. The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Boendet är helt nyrenoverat och modernt inrett med mycket ljusinsläpp. Det är den perfekta platsen för avkoppling och bara en liten promenad ner för berget ligger en småbåtshamn med badmöjlighet i Malö strömmar för stora som små.
