The home is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the home there is a patio with table and chairs and a barbecue.

Walking distance to grocery store, bus stop and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön Tjörn offers everything from beautiful nature, swimming, fishing, paddling, hiking to art and restaurants.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.

Ett mysigt litet hus! Gångavstånd till allt som Lysekil har att erbjuda! Nära till matbutik och busstation och gratisparkering väldigt nära. En liten trädgård där ni kan njuta av en kaffe. Hade tidigare ett väldigt gammalt badrum men har precis renoverat det under 2022.

A cottage with a view over the sea, about 200m from the beach. 50 min by car from Gothenburg and 7 min. from Ljungskile. Sheets and towels (if you do not bring you own) 100kr/person. Cleaning (if you do not want to do it by yourself 300kr (pay me cash or ”swisha”.)
