A very peaceful place to stay during a hectic weekend working on a walking event. Comfortable and quiet. A quick journey to all the facilities of Woodbridge, and some local interesting spots such as Sutton Hoo, Orford etc. Suffolk is lovely!

An absolute gem of a place. We booked this at the last minute, and from the description and other reviews this sounded perfect. It was all of that and more. Exceptionally quiet, yet easy to drive to lots of local attractions. The accommodation was exceptional, and the little extras left by Andy & Roy, made it all the more special. We recommend this 100%, and will definitely aim to book again in the future

Luxury, carefully organised, more than met expectations, very well set out and equipped, very quiet, near shops and to the lovely River Deben. Delighted to have found this location and hope to have need/opportunity to use again. Hosts had really thought about their offer and we did so appreciate this. Met our aim of a great location so easy to get into Ipswich, at same time near beautiful river.

We had a lovely time, the place had everything we needed and was in a very peaceful setting but just 1/2 hr walk to Woodbridge thoroughfare. Sarah and Jonathan were great hosts and made us feel right at home
