Bredsanden, which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, is secluded and is 200 meters away from the house. There is an option to fish in Lake Vänern without a fishing license. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Stay at Färjestads B&B near arenas, nature and city.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Uggletorp's guest house by the forest

The cottage is 4 km outside Sjötorp and 10 km outside Lyrestad. There is a possibility to get there by bicycle. Göta Canal runs through both communities where there are also cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, swimming areas and museums In the pictures, you can also see the nice Sjötorp, which is 10 minutes away by bike. A perfect cabin for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts or for those who are on the road. There are also bicycles for rent.
