Renovated studio in a good location on the Rive Droite side, a 10-minute walk to the beautiful village of Gruissan and 1.5 km to the famous Les Chalets beach. Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My accommodation is close to the village and restaurants. It is very functional, quiet and comfortable. There is a very pleasant terrace where you can only hear the birds singing and sometimes a few cicadas. To access the apartment, there is a staircase with Japanese steps, which is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It is completely independent, and you will feel perfectly at ease there.
