Renovated studio well located on the Rive Droite side, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Gruissan and 1.5km from the very famous Chalets beach. Enjoy a south-west facing terrace, offering views of the Barbarossa Tower, the Salins and Île Saint-Martin as well as a private and free parking space in the residence. The studio provides you with a kitchen equipped with an oven and a microwave, the sofa bed has just been changed! The 17cm mattress is new (5/15/25). Enjoy!

Beachfront chalets, ground floor of a 4-person chalet – Wi-Fi

I have prepared this accommodation especially for you with my utmost attention to offer you a comfortable stay at the beach of the Chalets de Gruissan. You will find Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, reversible air conditioning, barbecue... Very comfortably equipped for 5 people possible with the sofa bed in the living room. Close to shops (seasonal from April to October) and also less than 500 meters from the beach! Parking in front of the apartment.

Small cocooning apartment with Wi-Fi

Small apartment completely redone. All furniture and equipment are new. Very quiet residence. Located on the second floor without elevator access. Close to the old village, the cottage beach and the Port. Private parking space. Sheets and towels are provided. ( linen washed at 60 degrees). As with each departure of tenants, a meticulous cleaning is carried out and it is even more intensified (wrists, switches,...) since the covid-19 crisis.

Close to all amenities: old village with its year-round markets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, Chalets beach. It benefits from a private parking space under video surveillance. the residence also has common outdoor bike parking. The property can accommodate 2 people. bed and bath linens are included.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
