Holiday rentals with a patio in Groveland

The apartment was perfect for our long weekend trip to Orlando. The location was great, super close to Universal (we opted to take Ubers that were only $8). We loved the hotel-like set up and getting to use the pool and the convenient coffee shop downstairs. One specific highlight was actually the comfortable mattress and pillows! Made for a comfortable and restful stay.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment and the location. It’s tucked away and feels very safe, and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. I recommend Kiki’s!! A very responsive host and a lovely place to stay!

Great location, close to nice restaurantes and stores at walking distance. We stayed over a month and Jason was very responsive and helpful all the time. Thanks Jason for your hospitality!!!

The home was very amazing and beautiful, was very close to Disney and Karla was an amazing host and responded very quickly if we had any questions . I would love to stay at this home again . Definitely 5 stars !

Beautiful place! The location was lovely as well, right next to the lake and park with restaurants nearby.

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

Overall a very cute, well decorated little one bedroom duplex. My only complaint would be that the bedroom must be near a water softener or other large appliance because every night at least once a night I was woken up by some loud mechanical noises. Wasn't an issue for my husband who is a heavier sleeper but being a light sleeper it did bother my sleep somewhat. Otherwise everything else about the place was great with a well stocked kitchen.

Lovely home and looks just like the pictures. Kayla was quick to respond when we wrote her. Only thing like there’s no tv’s in the bedrooms. Other than that it was perfect.

This was the best spot for a wedding! Loved everything about it!

This AirBNB was so clean, comfy, and inviting. The atmosphere was clean and tidy, and we felt right at home for the night. The surrounding area is lovely and the amenities and space for the price we paid was great. Glenn was a great host!

I can’t say enough about this place or the host!! It was way more than I ever expected. We were able to check in sooner than the original check in time. Dave was awesome with communication and periodically checked in to make sure everything was going good throughout our stay. Everything was well stocked in the house from the kitchen (including spices and other little stuff that you would normally have to run out and buy to make a meal) to the bathrooms. There is everything you would need for the pool also. Dave even thought about your furry friends by providing leashes/bowls and treats. The house was immaculate! All you needed to do was literally pack your bags. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return to the villages in the winter time!

I cannot even put into words how amazing Amanda is. I had to bring my dog last minute and she was so understanding and welcoming. My son dirtied her sheets from a soccer injury and I offered to buy new ones and she insisted it wasn’t necessary. Everytime I sent her a message with a question, she responded so quickly. The space was awesome. My kids loved it. She has plenty of family games to keep everyone busy and get the kids off the electronics. It was just one of the most enjoyable stays I have had with air bnb. Thank you Amanda for you kindness and allowing us into your amazing home. We will definitely be back because we do this soccer tournament every year!!!!

Such a great little spot in a nice neighborhood. Home is very clean and super comfortable. They also allow dogs so this fit us perfectly. The pool was amazing and we used it when we could. We had my daughter’s graduation to attend and we did some Disney days so we weren’t there all day every day but it did feel like home. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay outside the busyness of the Orlando area. There are great businesses in the area for shopping and dining. Disney was only 30-40 min away depending on the park you’re visiting. I will be using this home if it’s available on our next trip!

Kathy’s place was perfect and convenient for us to play golf, pickleball, and close to entertainment. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved all the spices. Kathy communicated with us from start to finish. Such a fun vacation and great location!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The rooms were so much bigger than they seemed in the pictures and I absolutely loved all the windows so that we could see the beautiful surroundings. The morning sun rose above a pond-filled pasture and it was amazing. Everyone in my family said they slept so soundly in this house and the beds were comfortable. We especially liked that there wasn't clutter or rugs in this home because, although we have a pet, we are also allergic to some pet dander in places that cannot be cleaned properly. I am happy to say that we had no problems with allergies here. The towels and bedding were very clean and there were extra blankets and pillows available if we needed them. They also have many items for babies that could really make it easier on families to not have to pack those things. Marjorie responded quickly and was always friendly when I contacted her. We would most definitely stay here again.

Quiet and beautiful area just 20 minutes driving to the Disney parks. Very spacious inside, comfortable after a whole day of walking in the sun! Will be staying again for next Disney visit.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic and Wonderful! This place has by far been the best!

The accommodation is as described and even better. Easy access to the highway directly to Universal and Disney. The check-in instructions were also very clear, making the check-in process easy. It was sparkling when we entered and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. It is spacious and ideal for 5 people Ellis was very responsive to our questions and always answered immediately. We would definitely choose it again to return! Thank you!!
