Waterfront holiday rentals in Groveland

I visited Lorena's place for an extended stay while on a business trip recently and it was extremely helpful to have a place that was a home away from home while I stayed for the three month stretch that I did. This location is in a great community that is quiet and everyone is friendly. The back porch was my "go to" after a long day and was quiet and relaxing. I travel a lot for work and vacation, this was one of my favorite stays excluding the fact that it was for business. If I had questions I had quick, friendly, and supportive assistance from the host and owners. I am defiantly saving this Listing in my favorites and I know that I will be back in the future. Thank you for the great stay and provided comfort!

Very very comfortable beds!!! As described - great views and fantastic space. It was great 👍& it has an awesome view & the living room view was beautiful! The pools and playground were awesome!

Have booked several times and stayed in multiple units. Have always found Garry’s rentals to be impeccably clean & well stocked. The beds are so comfortable as well!!

Sherry was very kind and understanding! Allowed me early check in to make it for my event and everything was very clear and she had helpful signs around to help with any questions on the features available. apt was in a good neighborhood and superr comfy bed!

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. Brandon is a fantastic host, responding to any queries promptly and always available if needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed a wonderful stay! The home was just as described. It was easy to find everything and the kitchen was especially well appointed and organized. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the perfectly heated pool. Robert was very responsive and easy to communicate with about anything. We would definitely love to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Casey's Lake House. Casey has gone above and beyond to make sure there is never a dull moment at this home. There is so much to do inside and out. We had a great time fishing in the canal and caught and released many bluegill. The home was immaculately clean and had no smell. The air conditioning system is perfect. You can control the temperature separately in just about every room. Every amenity was just a described and in pristine working condition. We will definitely be looking to rent this home the next time we visit the area.

We’ve stayed at Jonny’s place several times and always make it a point to come back when we’re in Florida. Jonny is an amazing host and this home is beautiful and always exceeds expectations. This home is the best AirBnb I have stayed in and matches the description and photos. As always, thank you Jonny, we will be back next year!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location of the house is amazing, walking distance to downtown. We really enjoyed the bike trail, farmers market, and small town feel of winter garden. I would highly recommend the golf cart, it was such a great addition to our visit. William is an amazing host, very helpful and responsive! We would love to return in the near future!!

Staying at Anitha’s place was an absolute pleasure for our 1st Air BnB experience. All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

We thought our holiday weekend in FL was ruined due to another AirBnb not being what we were expecting and had to abruptly leave but still had two days in FL. Host responded very fast and friendly, answered all my questions. The house was absolutely what we were looking for, stuff for kids and adults and right across from clubhouse and water park.

Stephen was an amazing host, I had a great time and even was able to use his kayaks to go around the lake. He was helpful, kind, and a great person to talk to :) When you sit on the back porch there’s little critters running around and the sunset view is gorgeous. There’s a grocery store that’s only 4 minutes away and a cute little lake beach called Eaton’s Beach. I would stay here again anytime :)

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

Our stay here in Davenport was excellent. The resort and condo had everything we wanted and needed. The weather was great. The location was perfect. It took us 50 minutes to get to Universal and a hour and a half to get to Saint Petes Beach. The food and the drinks were excellent as well. We had 2 18-year-old boys with us and they were now bored. Hope to be back again soon.

We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the condo. The views of the lake and fireworks at night were a highlight. It was a quiet and peaceful location. Visiting Disney was only a short drive away. The hosts, Jon and Melissa were very quick to respond and provide information. We would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Orlando!
