Waterfront holiday rentals in Lake County

The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Great apartment, beautifully decorated and great amenities. The location is spectacular; where else can you sit on your private terrace watching the roller coasters at Universal and the fireworks at Magic Kingdom!

This property is very clean with great decor. It is relatively close to area attractions, but feels set apart with the lovely water views. Of note the pool area is staffed with lifeguards for the waterslides(at least it was during spring break.)They also had a bar/snack bar, so outside food and floaties aren't allowed. Questions were answered in a very timely fashion, and our one unexpected maintaince issue was even handled on a Sunday. We would stay here again!

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Garry was very responsive and helpful. The unit was exactly as described. We were there for a baseball tournament, and the location was 1 mile from the park. The unit was also very close to the grocery store. The view from the dock was very peaceful and serene. Definitely recommend if you are in the Leesburg area.

I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

Condo was great! Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the four of us. Location was about 20 min from Universal and about 10 or so for Disney Springs. Unfortunately we didn’t go to Disney this trip but was also very close.

Great location for access to the Disney parks. Natalie was a great host, super responsive, and the property was well kept with great utilities. We would happily stay there again for a stay in Orlando near the parks.

Loved this place. In town for family and will return here. She is an amazing host. It is the perfect place to relax.

Lovely stay for our two families and plenty of space to all spread out. Great accommodation and plenty of amenities. Beds very comfy, quiet location, and beautiful views. Great communication with the host and all round would stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay with friends during Bikefest! We had a group of 5 friends. The house was close and convenient to everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus to our plans. The host was great!

Stephen was quick to answer. We walked in and immediately noticed how very clean the place was. It is an older home but very well maintained. Lots of options of tables for dinner. One inside the a/c (which works very well by the way.) One table in the screened porch. And another table outside if you are not a mosquito magnet like me. I did see a Kayak in the back but I didn’t ask if we could take it out. I would absolutely book this place again! Maybe next time I’ll use the kayak instead of renting at a local river launch.

Great spot for a visit to central FL. We did one day at Universal and spent the rest of our time enjoying the nearby springs. Evenings were spent enjoying the back patio at the house.

This place was one of the best stocked Airbnbs that I have ever stayed at. I liked that fact that Shery gave access to all that you needed plus. Many places put out the bear minimum and lock up the rest. We had access to so much. Every part of this place was very well stocked. This place was very comfortable as well. The use of the kayaks was a definite plus and having wood burning logs, fishing poles and even though we did not use it the outdoor shower! Omg. So Much seating too! Loved the outdoor area. Was gonna book again in June but my dates weren’t open. Great Place!

My family and I had a reunion of sorts and spent a weekend here. The setting is spectacular; the house and yard are very spacious, the younger people loved kayaking. The kitchen is very large and had everything we needed for family dinners at the house. We all enjoyed sitting on the back patio, under the stars, around the fire pit. What a beautiful, quiet setting.

This place is great. Fantastic location right at Eola Park. Leave your car and walk everywhere. Host is great and very responsive. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Katharines and it was just as enjoyable. Love the location and the view over Lake Cay. Everything went smoothly on check-in. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Hope to be back in the future.

GREAT LOCATION! 10’ to Disney Spring and 15’ to the parks! The apartment matches the photos, it was very clean and tidy. It's decorated with a lot of love, Adir was in every detail to make us feel at home. I recommend it!!!!

Impeccable stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Clean, very well located, beautiful view (lake and pool), free package delivery, and good parking (free). There are shops and restaurants within 100 meters. I definitely recommend it. Thanks, Ricardo!

I looked at so many rentals in the Blue Heron before booking Bob's place, and I'm so glad we landed on his. It was amazing - it was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished/decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - even an air fryer! The bathrooms were clean and the showers worked well, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was great and the living room was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the furniture was great - we loved having breakfast out there in the morning and a drink out there at night :) The pool was really nice, and Walgreens, a few restaurants and a fun mini golf course were within walking distance. Bob was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely book Bob's place again!
