Our boarding house, built in 2019 and opened in January 2020, leaves nothing to be desired. We make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an alternative to the hotel, we offer exclusive apartments in a modern living ambience for short- and long-term guests. Sulzbach am Main is a market town in the Lower Franconian district of Miltenberg, located about 7 km south of Aschaffenburg on the western edge of the Spessart and directly on the Main. ARRIVE & FEEL GOOD! In our approx. 40 sqm "Studio with balcony" no wishes remain unfulfilled! The bright and friendly studio is modern and attractively furnished. A restful sleep is ensured by the cozy 5* box spring bed and the high-quality sofa bed! The studio has a balcony. There is also a very high-quality, fully equipped kitchen in the studio as well as a dining area. A 40" LED satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available to our guests. In the private bathroom, our guests will find a toilet, sink, hairdryer and shower. High-quality bed linen and towels are also included. Immediately close to our boarding house: - 3 grocery stores (REWE, ALDI, LIDL) about 100 m away - Gas stations, the Main river-side, the train station and the bus stop - about 8 km by car to Aschaffenburg

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The lovingly renovated vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two floors. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with a large double bed (200 x 200 cm, 25 cm mattress height) and an office with a workstation. In addition to various shopping facilities, Großostheim also offers doctors, pharmacies and some restaurants. Due to the central location of the apartment, everything is easily accessible on foot.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

The attic apartment in our house is about 20-minute walk from the city center in Aschaffenburg and is still very quiet. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our Schweinheim district and the foothills of the Spessart. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as there are free parking spaces directly in and at the house. Especially for cyclists, enclosed parking spaces are available directly in the house. Also ideal for trade fair exhibitors.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
