Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with large double bed (200x200cm, 25cm mattress height) and an office with workspace. Due to the central location of the apartment, everything is easily accessible on foot.
