Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The cozy 18 m² apartment - fully equipped - is located directly on the bike path between Mömlingen and Obernburg in the cozy district of Eisenbach. Butchers and bakers are within walking distance, as are Rewe, Lidl and Co. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2-story house. Private Internet connection, smart TV, ventilation system and shutters as well as blackout curtains are provided. Coffee and water are always available for the first night upon arrival. Due to the central location of the apartment, everything is easily accessible on foot.
