Where bread was still handed over the counter 100 years ago, you can now stay in the bakery, which was completely renovated in 2023. Your apartment is very central, cozy and modern. Also very suitable for cyclists due to the bicycle cellar. The in-house café is on the same level and offers (closed on Sundays and public holidays) a diverse selection of regional craftsmanship. In the morning, let yourself be enchanted by the wonderful scent of fresh rolls from the bakery in the house.

Very quiet location near the edge of the forest, garden with seating for grilling and playing of the children. Wallboxes for electric cars and lockable bicycle cellar. Bus stop and playground less than 5 min walk. All hacker farms are a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away. Town center and Main about 15 minutes walk away with shopping. Many excursion destinations and activities in the area: Engelberg Monastery, trials for mountain biking, hiking trails and climatic health resorts.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
