The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

It offers a green garden with views over land and fields, so you can comfortably enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace in complete tranquility. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Kick back and relax in our stylish and brightly furnished vacation home on the Großen Meer. Enjoy the beautiful unobstructed lake view from all rooms. The property with its own jetty and boat dock is facing south. The large garden offers a built-in grill as well as a cozy place to relax in the hammock. We are pleased that our vacation home has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV. A special place to unwind.
