Welcome to the 53° Nord vacation home, idyllically located in the popular vacation area on the Great Sea in the heart of East Frisia. Experience a unique time-out in the nature and water sports paradise, a surfing and sailing area with many waterways. Your own jetty and the in-house boat are available to you. Whether you want to explore nature from the water, discover the East Frisian landscape by bike or simply enjoy the tranquility in the garden - House 53° Nord is the ideal starting point.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

In the midst of the beautiful meadows and the idyllic views, you can enjoy the pure tranquility in the small Tjücher Grashaus. It offers a green garden with views over land and fields, so you can comfortably enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace in complete tranquility. The cottage is completely gutted and renovated and renovated to the latest standard. A light-flooded living/dining area with kitchen, a bedroom, children's room and bathroom awaits you. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

Perfect for relaxation, nature & stylish evenings on the water. The swimming and fun pool can also be used free of charge.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

The stylish house, furnished with a lot of love for detail, invites you to relax and feel good.

Vacation home Sita

The Sita vacation home is located in the beautiful Krummhörner Warfendorf Manslagt, only a few kilometers away from the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. House Sita offers enough space for a large family or a group of friends with up to 6 people. Dogs are also welcome here, they can let off steam in the large fenced garden.
