Welcome to our lovingly renovated Wilhelminian-style house in the southeast of Leipzig/Stötteritz. The house has been restored by hand for the past 10 years from the basement to the top of the roof by master craftsmen. The ground-level apartment has its own entrance from the street and can accommodate up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Special features are the large, non-visible windows and good access to public transport.

The bright apartment overlooking the garden is located in the basement of a semi-detached house. The FW has a large living room with comfortable sofa bed ( 2 m x 1.60 m) and integrated mini kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with large double bed (2m x 1.80m). The apartment is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A children's travel cot and a high chair are also available. Free parking is located in front of the property.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
