Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border is Nettetal with the district of Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The original flora and fauna typical of the landscape can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Equipment: 2 living rooms, kitchen, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/Wi-Fi, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. Hinsbeck is located in the heart of the Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. Only a few minutes from the apartment, numerous cycling and hiking trails open up, which lead the lakes and forests around Hinsbeck. Daily shopping facilities on site. From Friday to Sunday, our Cafe Weuthens Sonneck, in the summer also with a beer garden, is open. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The apartment is on the 1st floor, has its own access including stairwell.

Fantastic house in Boisheim

Feel good and relax working on the beautiful Lower Rhine - exactly which invites our house overlooking the horse pasture! We live in the rural 2000 Seelendorf Boisheim, about 10 minutes by car from Venlo and each about half an hour from Düsseldorf or Cologne. You can feel comfortable here and breathe, relax or work concentrated - as you like - and enjoy a special ambience with a natural garden that invites you to linger.
